Fantastic Customer Service!!!!I recently purchased a pair of Taurus Ranger (mucker/barn) boots from Taurus Footwear and Leather. I wasn't too sure about the sizing from Canada to the UK, but it seemed the closest size was a bit big. I purchased them anyway in the larger size, as they seemed like really great quality. In response to my email to the company about sizing, they advised that they didn't have a smaller size, but included insoles with my boots to make them as comfortable as possible! They also tried to make the shipping to Canada as economical as possible. I can't wait to receive my boots, because if Taurus' customer service is any indication, the boots will be amazing.
