Fakenham is a small town, situated in beautiful North Norfolk. There are a few good clothes shops. My family are happy now that The Works has opened and we can buy affordable art merchandise. When it comes to buying good quality footwear, particularly school shoes, there is one shop, this shop. Unfortunately, I cannot buy my children shoes from this shop.The reason being, that the shop owner, a gentleman with an almost aggressive disposition, he is certainly incredibly rude and verbally abusive. My 11 year old daughter and myself were left in utter shock, after our ordeal today. I had simply asked him to check whether her present shoes were to tight or not, I made the mistake that I thought we had purchased them last August from him. He accused me of "taking the Mickey, these are not my shoes" said with utter contempt.I politely asked him if he could check to see if they were to tight. His response was that of complete annoyance at this request. He then very rudely said to my daughter, "go on then get your boots off, hurry up Im on the phone"At this point I said, actually not to bother you are to rude and we are leaving. He then told me to piss off out of his shop. This man should not be dealing with the general public, he's an awful example to young people - totally toxic. No stars!
