Hey all, I just really wanted to give this company a big shout out to say thank you for all the effort that Shaun (The Owner) and his son put into getting the car fixed in a really timely manner without all fuss you would normally expect to go through. We purchased a Mercedes R class from RS Car Sales in Fakenham knowing that the main command software / main DVD entertainment system was broken. We knew at the time that we could easily have ended up in a big fight that could easily have gone on longer than my illness would have allowed me to fight. However, The cost of the parts and mainly engineering were going through the roof especially as the car need to be stripped apart as the command and entertainment system runs on fibre optics!!... Knowing about my my illness, Shaun was relentless in getting the problem fixed for which Emma and I really appreciate.
