After telling the guy on phone my tyre size 5 times as he just wasn't intrested he still didn't order the tyre resulting in them putting an off road tyre on instead, they also lost my locking wheel nut.. when I brought the car back for them to rectify their mistake I was left waiting ages while certain staff members have personal chats on the phone using foul language while I had my children with me.. Won't be coming back here!

Very poor service, long waiting times, have had a bad experience once before with locking nuts over tightened but apparently they use torque wrenches but obviously not, resulting in them being rung off and me paying for a new set, I have now taken a tyre in for repair which resulted in the alloy rim being scratched all over the face which I now have to pay for to be referbished.A bunch of cowboys and liers, they was told specifically to take care with the rim before doing the job. Avoid these people do yourself a favour and go down the road to Fakenham tyres.
Excellent service on 15 March 2018. I needed a replacement rear windscreen wiper. Andy didn't have one in stock but ordered it - I called back an hour later and had it fitted - all ready for a long journey next day. Highly recommend..
