This is an absolute joke. Small and friendly?. Overbearing prat that calls himself 'Manager' but is actually the owner and can not stop himself from interfering. The shower block is awful and if you can use the elsan disposal point without throwing up well done. The kitchen / wash up area would make a rat think again and with any amount of luck will be closed down. The list of rules and regulations is incredibly long but is not enforced uniformly - for example no ball games (unless you are one of the 'Managers' favourites and then its OK). I have reported all this to the local council and it is subject to review as the site is currently contravening its planning permission. If you enjoy watching the 'Manager' cutting the grass with his very noisy machine whilst you are trying to relax then this will be perfect for your hard earned holiday.Please do not be fooled by the friendly welcome as this is just a front so that you do not post a negative review. This is a complete dump and should be avoided at all costs. There is a Camping and Caravanning Club site in Sandringham that accepts non members and is spotless. Caveat Emptor. Please see my You Tube videos for confirmation as they speak volumes about the standards of cleanliness (or lack of). The camera never lies.Update - Having had another good look round I see that the toilets have had a very minor 'upgrade' ie cheap. I did not review the wrong campsite as suggested by 'Elaine' and I am still of the same opinion that its a dump run by an overbearing paranoid 'Manager'. Heres to another good season and another good reason not to visit Greenwoods!!!!!!!!

A lovely campsite. Mike was great, and made sure we were happy. Facilities spotless and very quiet and relaxing as there were no screaming kids.
Having been a seasonal pitch holder on the site for many years we were very sad to leave. The site is tucked away in a rural setting with lovely views and nearby walks with trackways ideal for dog owners. The site is safe , secure and friendly.My wife often stayed on her own and always found someone to chat to.The newly refurbished shower block, waste disposal and kitchen facilities are clean and warm. .The site is an ideal base for visiting many nearby coastal resorts and the town of Fakenham is only a 5 minute drive away for shopping, eating out, banking and even a visit to the cinema.We will miss visiting the site this season but we will be back Mike !!. Highly recommended.
First season on the site and couldn't be more pleased with it, small and friendly. The facilities are really good especially the toilet blocks, that are clean and well maintained. Mike the camp site manager is really helpful and working hard to make it a comfortable place to be. We look forward to spending many happy hours there. I read the review by Nick Stone and all I can think is that he can't be talking about the same site.
