Because of several appointments we have been three times in two week. Everything from cleanliness, service, food and presentation. We had the two meal offers and it was very enjoyable. The pies were excellent. A very well done to all the front house and catering staff

this place goes up and down depending on the vast amount of managers it has. food is good most of the time, tables and menus are usually sticky. they seem to struggle to keep ales on tap for very long but there are lots of offers for people on a budget
You get what you pay for. It's cheap and cheerful but is a great place for family meals. Staff where polite and efficient at the point of sale. Shame that we were neither acknowledged upon entering or leaving.
We had absolutely fantastic service from the very friendly staff. The meal was very tasty and well presented it looked exactly like the menu.We had been going to another Hungry Horse restaurant on a weekly basis but the Hungry Horse at Fakenham is far more superior.
